Need help using Andin2? Support is available in various ways to current subscribers and users of a free evaluation copy:
- first, check the built-in help in Andin2 - press F1 or click Help in the menu
- check the FAQ on this web site
- send an e-mail to info@andin.com.au with the following details
- the nature of the problem
- if you have received an error message, its reference number (if any) or other details of the message
- a screen-shot is not necessary, but is welcome of that's the easiest way for you to explain the problem
- your name, or a colleague's, and times of availability in case we need to call you
- telephone support is not available 24/7 but if it is urgent you can call (refer Contact Us); leave a voice-mail if not answered
Remote Access
Sometimes the best way to solve a problem is for us to offer to access your computer remotely to explore the issue. We use the industry-standard TeamViewer for this purpose. It is secure, enabling access for a single occasion at a time using a hookup that we have to synchronise by phone at the time.
Remote access sessions are by appointment only.
